    The mission of Bay Area Young Positives is “to help young people living with HIV/AIDS, ages 14 to 26, live longer, happier, healthier, more productive and quality-filled lives.”

    Bay Area Young Positives provides a safe haven where HIV infected youth can drop in to receive any support that they need when they want it. We provide support groups, social activities, and weekend intensives intended to reduce isolation, build community, and support self esteem of high need youth with HIV. We are a truly unique agency as we are the only agency in San Francisco that focuses on HIV positive youth and general youth health and wellness.
